By submitting the above information, you are granting Mize Elementary and Mize PTO permission to use your child's information in the student directory. This information will be used for school and PTO purposes ONLY and will not be distributed to anyone outside of Mize Elementary. We will make this information available as long as your child is a student at Mize Elementary or until you indicate otherwise. The directory will be updated twice a year for address changes, new students, etc. and will be available via Family Access through Skyward.
